Qualificações

• Legal education required— currently pursuing or completed JD/LL.M. or law degree.
• Fluent Russian and strong English skills are essential.
• Interest in corporate, transactional, or financial law and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Support the legal team with contracts and other legal documentation.
• Review existing legal workflows and identify opportunities to automate them.
• Use AI tools for document review, summarization, information extraction, and drafting support.
• Help automate repetitive legal and administrative tasks.
• Organize and structure legal information and documentation.
• Conduct legal and business research.
• Document and improve internal processes.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, compliance, technology, and other internal teams.
