Responsibilities

Staffing: monitor, assess and help maintain equitable attorney utilization.
Onboarding: coordinate introductions, welcome meetings, and onboarding activities for new associates and counsel.
Mentoring/Advisor: pair associates with mentors and track development goals.
Performance: assist in talent reviews and prepare materials and analyses related to performance.
Cross-office staffing and secondments coordination.
Maintain staffing databases, utilization reports, and related metrics.
Support in engagement and life/well-being initiatives for attorneys.
