Primary Duties and

Responsibilities:

Position purpose: Adjunct faculty will support the Legal Studies Program by teaching/developing relevant courses including skills courses (legal writing, trial procedure, appellate advocacy) and doctrinal courses.

Job functions:

  • Teach up to 9 credit hours per semester.
  • Create syllabus and timeline of classes, for students per semester.
  • Provide meeting time for students.
  • Manage online grading system.
  • Submit book orders, if textbooks required.
  • Abide by all relevant university and/or departmental procedures and policies.

Required Education JD Preferred

Required Experience Prior teaching experience preferred (higher education or CLE).

The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
