Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or combo of education/experience.
• Minimum five years of program coordination or project management experience.
• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, deliverables and data.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficient Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and schedules.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvement actions.
• Prepare status updates and executive summaries for leadership.
• Lead data management, reporting, and KPI monitoring for legal services.
• Design and maintain dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, and BI tools.
• Create executive dashboards showing KPIs, activity, and outcomes.
• Analyze trends in consultations, filings, processing times, and demographics.
• Oversee case flow and service delivery efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate grant-funded activities across multiple funders.
• Monitor program outcomes and funder reporting requirements.
• Prepare narrative and data-driven program impact reports.
• Provide supervision and coaching to Program Assistants.
