Job summary

U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants in Arlington, VA, seeks a Program Coordinator, Legal Services to coordinate and evaluate legal services programs, ensuring grant deliverables and reporting on time.

You will supervise Program Assistants, develop dashboards with Power BI and Tableau, analyze data on consultations, case processing, demographics, and funding, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Legal Studies, Social Services, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program coordination, project management, legal services operations, nonprofit administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional initiatives; data collection, analysis, and presentation of program performance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, workstreams, timelines, and deliverables to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and improve outcomes.
• Prepare status updates and presentations for leadership.
• Lead legal services data management, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau; provide visibility into KPIs and program impact.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Coordinate grant-funded activities and track deliverables across funding sources.
• Prepare narrative and data-driven reports demonstrating program performance.
