The position offers remote or hybrid work options and requires a MLS/MLIS plus at least 3 years in a legal information setting, with strong research, writing, and client service skills.

Qualifications

MLS/MLIS degree from an ALA-accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of professional law firm or academic law library experience.
Experience conducting legal research on Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, HeinOnline.
Experience designing and coordinating training programs/workshops/content.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality legal, business, and competitive intelligence research to attorneys and staff.
Develop live and virtual legal research training programs.
Create on-demand training materials for the intranet and LMS.
Evaluate training effectiveness and enhance learner engagement.
Coordinate vendor training events and stay updated on research tools and AI platforms.
