Qualifications

• Must have completed a bachelor's degree and be presently enrolled in law school.
• Must possess, and maintain, an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher out of 4.0.

Responsibilities

• Researches legal issues and drafts legal memos/opinions/issue papers.
• Assists with litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Drafts legal documents such as contracts, legislation, administrative rules, and the like.
• Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned.
