Kennison & Associates is representing a leading international law firm in Washington, DC, seeking a Legal Recruitment Manager to lead attorney recruitment and talent initiatives.

You will oversee attorney recruiting, lateral hires, law school and judicial clerk programs, and the Summer Associate program, partnering with firm leadership to shape strategy, processes, and best practices. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a $144K-$185K salary and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years legal recruiting or related experience, including 2+ years of management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an accomplished Legal Recruitment Manager to lead attorney recruitment and talent initiatives for its Washington, DC office.

This is a highly visible opportunity to oversee attorney recruiting, lateral hiring, law school and judicial clerk recruitment, and the firm's Summer Associate Program, while partnering with firm leadership and recruitment teams across offices. You'll also lead and develop a team of recruitment professionals and help shape recruiting strategy, best practices, and programs.

The ideal candidate brings strong legal recruiting experience, leadership skills, exceptional organization and communication abilities, and a strategic, collaborative mindset. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant legal, personnel, or recruiting experience, including 2+ years of management experience, are required.
