Job summary

International Law Firm in New York is seeking a Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting to lead attorney recruitment for our New York office. This role will oversee lateral associate hiring, judicial clerk recruitment, and law student programs while partnering with firm leadership to attract exceptional talent.

You will build strong relationships with law schools and career services, develop recruiting strategies with practice groups, and analyze hiring data to drive decisions and improve candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing attorney recruitment programs within a law firm environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal recruiting, including law student, lateral, and judicial clerk hiring.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, and candidates at all levels.
• Experience with recruiting databases, preferably viRecruit or similar recruitment management systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
