Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience at a mid-sized or large law firm or equivalent.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-campus recruiting, OCI logistics, and candidate communications.
• Organize law school outreach and recruiting receptions.
• Network with career services and faculty to raise firm profile.
• Lead Boston summer associate program, including events and workload tracking.
• Coordinate with other regions for cohesive recruitment strategy.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines between students and attorneys.
• Contribute to marketing of recruiting efforts and policy design.
• Lead Boston recruiting team to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Collaborate with lateral recruiting on onboarding as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Chief of Legal Talent.
