Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience, including 2+ years in legal recruiting.
• High degree of discretion with sensitive and confidential matters.
• Extensive knowledge of recruiting, law firms, and the practice of law.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across seniority levels.
• Open to AI and tech adoption to improve efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director and Practice Group Leaders to identify hiring opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end lateral partner recruitment with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Coordinate communication among candidates, recruiters, and firm leadership.
• Maintain awareness of legal market developments and a robust candidate pipeline.
• Manage relationships with preferred legal search firms.
• Prepare materials for Management Committee presentations and maintain CRM records.
