Job summary

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support attorney recruitment and hiring, including law school outreach, interview processes, and summer associate program administration.

The role serves as a primary contact for candidates, summer associates, attorneys, and external partners, ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruiting experience with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of legal recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the law student interview process, including scheduling interviews, managing calendar logistics, and tracking candidate progress and follow-up efforts.
• Greet applicants upon arrival, provide office tours, and escort candidates to interviews as needed.
• Support planning, organization, tracking, and on‑site attendance for select summer associate program events and law student recruiting events.
• Serve as a point of contact for summer associates, responding to inquiries and assisting with general program needs.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate information in the recruitment database (viWave).
• Assist with additional departmental projects as assigned by the Chief, Directors, and Senior Manager.
