Job summary

Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP is seeking a Legal Recruiting Engagement Specialist to manage the candidate engagement lifecycle and Keep in Touch programs, ensuring timely, accurate, and measurable actions.

You will blend campaign coordination, data management, systems expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to support recruiting leads, attorneys, and partners in delivering high-quality candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive calendar of candidate touchpoints, milestones, campaigns, events, surveys, and follow-up activities.
• Set up, launch, monitor, and document campaigns for prospects, offer recipients, interns, clerks, and other candidates.
• Coordinate outreach for pre-summer goals, transitions, clerkships, graduations, and other milestones.
• Coordinate candidate introductions, office hours, receptions, gifts, surveys, and logistics with internal teams.
• Track responses, attendance, next steps, and handoffs through completion or reassignment.
• Serve as the team’s first point of contact for Dynamics questions and system administration issues.
