Job summary

This hybrid role requires 3 office days per week and offers a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $145,000 to $155,000 per year and opportunities to optimize recruiting technology and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• Professional certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and advising hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting across exempt, hourly, and contract roles.
• Experience leading recruiting teams and developing recruiting professionals.
• Experience improving recruiting operations, workflows, or technology.
• Experience with Workday, AI recruiting technologies, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting operations and requisition management to ensure timely hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define position requirements.
• Monitor pipelines and recruiting activity to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and develop the recruiting team, setting standards and providing coaching.
• Develop and optimize recruiting technology, reporting, and process improvements.
• Lead employer branding and talent-pipeline initiatives across the firm.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and leadership on integrated talent solutions.
