Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support the firm’s summer associate and entry-level recruitment initiatives. The role collaborates with the Recruiting Manager and team to ensure accurate data in the ATS and timely candidate records.

The position emphasizes coordination, data tracking, and relationships with external search firms, with a focus on operational efficiency and client‑service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education considered.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain attendance standards.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and managing time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings using Outlook and ATS.
• Create, maintain, and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Manage relationships with external search firms and track communications.
• Collect, track, and analyze recruiting metrics for reporting and forecasting.
• Support recruiting team with ad hoc projects and operational needs.
