• Source, screen, and place top-tier legal professionals
• Partner with Client Managers or bring your own clients
• Choose to run a full desk or focus solely on recruiting

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of legal recruiting experience (agency)
• Strong understanding of law firm and in-house legal hiring needs
• Excellent sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Familiarity with Bullhorn is a plus
