Job summary

Knox Attorney Services seeks a Field Agent to drive a company vehicle, locate and duplicate records for subpoenas or patient authorizations, and perform on-site scanning at COR locations in California.

Starting pay is $18–$20/hour with a Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM schedule. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays and 401K. Training and support for new hires are provided.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid California Driver License and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedures and HIPAA as they relate to subpoenas and medical authorizations.
• High School diploma or equivalent is desired.
• Technical skills to operate reproduction and scanning equipment; basic IT/digital tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to retrieve and duplicate records for clients.
• Complete required paperwork (proofs of service, declarations) per legal procedures.
• Deliver records to clients as needed and handle on-site scanning.
• Maintain daily logs and general maintenance of the Knox vehicle.
• Assist in training new hires and answer procedural questions.
