ABC Legal Services in San Francisco is seeking flexible, independent process servers to deliver legal documents across the area. Work is as much or as little as you want, with training and a mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

You will be responsible for organizing routes, meeting recipients at home, and maintaining professional, courteous interactions. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and you can choose a schedule that fits your life.

Qualifications

What do you need to be a Process Server?

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance

• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server
• State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
