ABC Legal Services seeks dependable process servers to deliver legal documents across multiple locations. You will operate as an independent contractor with a flexible schedule and the freedom to take on as much or as little work as you prefer.

Successful servers are organized, reliable, and personable, with access to your own transportation and a mobile device. Training and the company app help you claim jobs, map stops, and track pay in real time.

What do you need to be a Process Server?

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
• Tech savvy - iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app
• Ability to scan and print documents
• Ability to work variable hours - Early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server
• State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
