Duvera Consulting LLC is partnering with a leading law firm to hire an experienced Pricing Manager for the Finance & Accounting team. The role will lead pricing initiatives, develop sophisticated pricing strategies, and work with attorneys, firm leadership, business development, and clients to drive profitability and align with client objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of legal pricing experience, strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, and proven ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of legal pricing experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing language.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable pricing for client RFPs and proposals.
• Advise attorneys on rate negotiations using pricing data.
• Create matter budgets and pricing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead pricing team workload and reporting.
• Analyze historical billing and financial data to inform pricing.
• Present complex analyses to attorneys and management.
