Full Time / Remote / Non Exempt

$90-125k a year

***Position start date : January 4, 2027***

This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting new law firm launch and help shape how the firm operates from day one. You’ll work alongside highly experienced legal professionals to establish efficient processes, implement best practices, and build a modern, technology-forward operation designed for growth.

We’re looking for someone who is energized by building, improving, and problem-solving—not simply maintaining existing processes. Clio and Actionstep experience is strongly preferred, and candidates must be comfortable embracing technology, learning new systems, and using modern tools to make work smarter and more efficient.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to help build something new while working with some of the best in the industry, we’d love to hear from you.
