PRA Group in the United States is seeking a Strategy Analytics Manager to lead a small team of analysts focused on financial and operational data. You will guide daily activities, champion process improvements, and present findings to leadership to influence policy and strategy.

Responsibilities include deploying area-specific strategies, mentoring analysts, and ensuring seamless data reporting and compliance across the business. Strong SQL, Excel, and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 3-5 years of professional work experience as an Analyst with strong SQL skills.
• Excel or other statistical packages to analyze financial and legal operational data.
• Comfortable interacting with Senior leadership and presenting in PowerPoint
• Some experience leading a team of analysts is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or quantitative field, or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of analysts centered on overseeing and supporting the day-to-day business tasks for the purpose of managing and accessing the segmentation criteria for legal placements
• Responsible for the deployment of strategies in a particular area of the business as a SME
• Provide creative solutions for improving processes or concepts and capable of building out testing scenarios for deployment
• Mentor junior analysts for the purpose of analyst development in skills, PRA knowledge, and subject matter expertise
• Maintain current policy and procedure documentation along with change logs and approvals for updates
• Enhance monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
