Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional work experience as an Analyst with strong technical skills such as advanced SQL and creating SQL queries and joins.
• Excel or other statistical packages to analyze financial and legal operational data.
• Comfortable interacting with Senior leadership and presenting in PowerPoint.
• Some experience leading a team of analysts is preferred.
• Conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to tell a compelling data narrative that aligns to the audience.
• Ability to communicate, collaborate and negotiate with other departments.
• Leadership in project management coordination and prioritization.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Strong mentorship capabilities for analytical skill development.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts centered on overseeing and supporting day-to-day business tasks for managing segmentation criteria for legal placements.
• Deploy strategies as a subject matter expert in a particular area of the business.
• Build testing scenarios for deployment and provide creative process improvements.
• Identify inventory gaps and optimization areas to inform legal, operations, fulfillment, or model/segmentation.
• Mentor junior analysts for skill development and PRA knowledge.
• Maintain policy, procedure docs, change logs and approvals for updates.
• Enhance monitoring and control mechanisms for legal owned processes to ensure compliance.
• Identify issues and coordinate with other business areas to analyze, report, and resolve discrepancies.
