Job summary

WilmerHale is a leading law firm seeking a professional to manage and coordinate the talent management program for lawyers, focusing on personnel processes, leave policies, and data reporting.

You will collaborate with Legal Personnel and Recruiting teams to support attorney development, onboarding, and annual compensation activities, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in HRIS data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential matters discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate semi-annual evaluation processes for lawyers and staff.
• Consult with Legal Personnel Manager and mentor programs.
• Manage attorney departure and exit interviews with discretion.
• Track leaves and reduced hours; communicate policy updates.
• Produce reports for information requests and surveys.
• Assist with arrival process for hires and mentor assignments.
• Collaborate on annual compensation processes.
• Maintain knowledge of firm policies and HRIS systems (Oracle).
• Complete monthly reporting for attorneys not admitted to practice.
• Plan and coordinate firm-wide and local programs and events.
