Job summary

Braun Intertec is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist in Bloomington, MN to administer the Law Department’s core contract, risk management, and operational processes, including legal intake and workflow management, departmental technology platforms, and strategic initiatives.

This role supports legal personnel through project management, data analytics, process improvements, training, and implementation of legal systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of administrative experience in-house corporate law or law firm.
• Experience with contract management tools or systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office; capable of maintaining SharePoint sites, reports, workflows, forms, and collaboration sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management administration, including intake, templates, playbooks, routing procedures, workflows, and related policies.
• Administer Law Department contract management, SharePoint, and network platforms; create and update SharePoint sites.
• Manage legal intake and workflows, including electronic inbox, routing, tracking, and follow-up coordination.
• Develop Law Department procedures, training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
• Review and manage nondisclosure agreements.
• Manage Law Department vendor invoices.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for planning and continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative support to Law Department staff, coordinate schedules, travel, expenses.
• Assist with strategic projects, due diligence, integrations, and governance matters.
• Administer business license and registration programs; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate across functions to support Law Department programs and projects.
• Assist with training and communications related to Law Department policies and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Corporate Counsel.
