Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in practice management and operations in a legal or professional services setting.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and law firm economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Primary Team strategic plans with clear goals (revenue, headcount, profitability).
• Monitor financial performance and coordinate with finance for reporting.
• Enhance profitability through budgets, value-based pricing, and team leverage.
• Support staffing decisions and transition of new lateral lawyers joining the team.
• Coordinate with Talent Strategy to develop team-tailored training and assess associate capacity.
• Ensure regular communication on practice development, business development, and performance.
