Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a collaborative Legal Operations Paralegal to support corporate legal and transaction services, with a focus on syndication, entity governance, UCC management, and process improvements. You will own complex matters, coordinate cross-functional projects, and advise management on risk, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of paralegal/legal operations experience.
• Ability to coordinate complex, deadline-driven assignments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess processes, document procedures and workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with corporate entity management, licensing, UCC, and transaction documentation.
• Experience with legal technology platforms such as DocuSign CLM, Insight, Salesforce or Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate syndication transaction documentation and closing support.
• Maintain syndication records and follow-up items per procedures.
• Maintain corporate entity governance, filings, licenses, and permits.
• Examine workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to automate.
• Lead design and implementation of standardized or automated workflows.
• Coordinate UCC filing management and related records.
