Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, or in a comparable corporate legal support role.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, deadline-driven assignments with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to assess processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document procedures or workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate syndication transaction documentation and closing support, including preparing, reviewing, organizing, and tracking required documents.
• Maintain syndication records and follow-up items per procedures and matter requirements.
• Coordinate annual filings, monitor good standing, and support licenses, permits, and bonds.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and lead design/implementation of standardized or automated processes.
• Lead cross-functional legal operations projects from definition through implementation.
