Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a collaborative Legal Operations Paralegal to support corporate legal and transaction services, focusing on syndication, entity/licensing management, UCC, and process improvements. You will maintain high‑quality records, meet deadlines, and drive scalable legal operations initiatives across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, or in a comparable corporate legal support role.
• Ability to coordinate complex, deadline‑driven assignments with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to assess processes, identify improvements, and document workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, exercise judgment, and escalate issues as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate syndication transaction documentation and closing support.
• Maintain syndication records and follow‑ups per procedures.
• Maintain corporate entity governance records and filings support.
• Examine workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to automate.
• Lead design and implementation of standardized workflows and improvements.
• Coordinate UCC filing management and related records.
• Act as lead resource for complex or non‑routine UCC matters.
• Support projects on legal tech adoption and process efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and implement workflows and dashboards.
• Lead cross‑functional legal operations projects from definition to implementation.
