Summary:
The Legal Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions, managing day-to-day operations and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. This position will act as a primary point of contact and liaison between department leaders, clients, external agencies and functional leaders throughout JHM, on efforts ranging from project, document and vendor management to communication and process improvement efforts to special projects. This role is an opportunity to make significant positive change in the department’s overall operations.
Education:
Requires Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
Work Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum $ 34.78/hour - Maximum $ 60.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
