Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in legal operations, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional office administration experience; legal office experience preferred, with exposure to legal operations or administrative functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Technically proficient and adaptable, with experience supporting legal technology systems and a proven collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department, ensuring priorities, workflows, and initiatives are organized, tracked, and executed efficiently.
  • Manages financial and administrative processes with precision, including billing, budgeting, and expense tracking, while maintaining accurate and compliant records.
  • Serves as a key resource for legal technology, coordinating system access, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements in partnership with IT and vendors.
  • Maintains structured, compliant document management practices, ensuring legal records are organized, accessible, and aligned with established standards and retention requirements.

ABOUT YOU

As a Legal Operations Coordinator, you bring exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accountability to complex, fast-paced environments, while proactively managing priorities and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across processes and systems. You navigate cross-functional relationships with professionalism and discretion, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and adapt with agility, applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and support high-performing, well-orchestrated operations.

What you will do:
