• Matter Management: Oversee intake, triage, matter tracking, and outside counsel coordination.
• Data & Analytics: Develop dashboards and KPIs to track cycle times, volume, SLA adherence, and spend.
• Process Optimization: Create process docs, playbooks, and self-service resources.

About the Opportunity

Jobgether is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Legal Operations Manager to oversee and scale the operational backbone of a global Legal function for one of its partner companies. This high-impact, full-time remote role is designed for an operational expert who can blend hands-on platform administration with high-level process optimization across contracting, intake, matter management, and reporting. The selected candidate will act as a strategic partner to Legal leadership, driving efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the organization.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

The Senior Legal Operations Manager will own and evolve the Legal Operations function. Key responsibilities include:

• Roadmap & Strategy: Partnering with Legal leadership to define and execute the Legal Operations roadmap, leading cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation.
• CLM Administration: Owning the administration, optimization, and workflow design of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, including templates, clauses, and integrations.
• Matter Management: Managing intake, triage, matter tracking, outside counsel coordination, and e-billing processes.
• Data & Analytics: Developing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to track cycle times, volume, SLA adherence, and spend, translating data into actionable insights.
• Process Optimization: Building legal process documentation, playbooks, and self-service resources to drive continuous improvement and automation.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, contract operations, or business operations within a corporate environment.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience administering and optimizing CLM platforms and legal matter management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to build dashboards, interpret complex operational data, and manage legal spend or e-billing processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is not required.
• Location: Must be based in the United States (remote-friendly).
