Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in project management or process improvement within legal settings.
• Experience in private law firms or corporate legal departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outside counsel relationships, performance tracking and alignment with legal strategies.
• Manage legal budgeting, accruals, and provide financial analysis for the department.
• Administer the e-billing platform, including invoice workflows, compliance and reporting.
