Job summary
The Lemon Pros LLP is seeking a meticulous Legal Operations Specialist in Beverly Hills to optimize the firm’s workflows and technology stack. You will tailor Filevine configurations and build advanced Excel reports to monitor performance across departments.
You will also design SOPs, train staff on new processes, and partner with leadership to automate systems, improve efficiency, and scale operations as the firm grows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Experience customizing and configuring Filevine, including fields, sections, forms, templates, and reports.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, data analysis, and custom reporting.
- Experience configuring RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, and other communication tools.
- Experience administering CRM or case management platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Customize and maintain Filevine configurations, templates, fields, and workflows.
- Design and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reporting templates.
- Monitor KPIs and QA tools to identify training needs and management focus.
- Create reports, dashboards, and reporting tools for operational insights.
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
