Ava Labs, a world-class blockchain development company, is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst in Brooklyn. You will manage the contract management platform, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to streamline onboarding and IP processes.

The role requires 5+ years in an administrative capacity, strong organizational skills, and experience with GSuite. This is a hybrid role, based in NY, with opportunities to impact a growing Web3 legal function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree required.
• 5+ years experience in an administrative role.
• Experience managing workflow processes for a minimum of 10 people.
• Preferred experience at a law firm, tech company, or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the contract management platform, ensuring accurate processing and filing.
• Conduct regular audits and implement process improvements to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain compliance and organization.
• Maintain legal and compliance records, updating protocols as needed.
• Coordinate projects, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with patent & trademark applications and IP portfolio maintenance.
• Support development and maintenance of KYC and AML compliance procedures.
• Assist with account onboarding and act as a liaison between Legal, Finance, and Operations.
