BankPro, a private digital bank, is seeking a Legal Officer to provide day-to-day legal support to management and internal departments in a dynamic, international setting.

You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and other documents, while conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Formación

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent) required.
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience minimum.
• In-house counsel experience is a plus.
• Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills.
• Excellent legal research and regulatory analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of labor, corporate and commercial law.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

As a Legal Officer, you will provide day-to-day legal support to the company, advising management and internal departments on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to management and internal departments
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure company policies and business practices comply with relevant legal requirements
• Maintain and manage corporate legal documentation and records
• Draft and review internal policies, procedures, and business processes from a legal perspective
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise relevant stakeholders on their potential impact
• Assist with corporate governance and other general legal matters

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent)
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant legal experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive, and Adobe
• Prior experience as in-house counsel within the relevant industry is considered an advantage
• Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Excellent legal research and regulatory analysis skills
• Knowledge of labor, corporate, and commercial law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Languages: English - Fluent / Professional proficiency.
