Job summary

BankPro, a private digital bank, is seeking a Legal Officer to provide day-to-day legal support to management and internal departments in a dynamic, international setting.

You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and other documents, while conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent) required.
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience minimum.
• In-house counsel experience is a plus.
• Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills.
• Excellent legal research and regulatory analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of labor, corporate and commercial law.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to management and internal departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements by the company.
• Maintain and manage corporate legal documentation and records.
• Draft and review internal policies and procedures from a legal perspective.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on potential impact.
• Assist with corporate governance and other general legal matters.
