Job summary

Pima County’s Attorney’s Office seeks a motivated Legal Office Supervisor to lead the Felony Unit’s charging staff. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily workflow, and support attorneys with filings, interviews, and performance planning.

You will help drive process improvements, train staff on case management and electronic filing, and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in legal studies or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal office or paralegal role, preferably with Pima County.
• Experience supervising staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and evaluates staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Manages daily workflow and caseloads to meet deadlines.
• Collaborates on strategic planning to improve division performance.
• Prepares and processes legal documents including complaints and disclosures.
• Trains staff on legal case management and electronic filing systems.
• Monitors performance metrics and generates reports.
