Job summary

The role ensures efficient workflow, supports attorneys with document management, filings, and performance metrics, and collaborates with leadership on planning, process improvements, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years with Pima County in a paralegal or related position.
• Experience supervising and training staff in a legal environment.
• Knowledge of criminal case management and electronic filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and evaluates staff to ensure effective and efficient legal support operations.
• Manages daily workflow and caseloads to maintain operational efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Coordinates file closeouts and ensures compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
• Trains staff in the use of legal case management systems and electronic filing procedures.
• Researches and compiles performance metrics for internal use and decision-making.
