Qualifications

• Must have vehicle, driver license and proof of insurance for driving errands.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up/delivery of interoffice items and mail.
• Sort/distribute mail and apply postage.
• Complete copy/scan jobs and bind documents.
• Run errands including court filings and deliveries to law firms.
• Cover front desk when receptionist is unavailable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
