Ice Miller LLP seeks a Marketing Technology Manager to oversee the CRM and ERM ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and supporting system upgrades and transitions. You will work with attorneys and staff to maintain client and contact data accuracy for marketing, BD, and client relationships.

The role involves training, process development, data analysis, and reporting to drive adoption and efficiency while aligning technology priorities across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/marketing/data analytics or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM/ERM, and marketing operations systems.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERM platforms and related marketing systems.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage CRM and ERM platforms, including configurations, integrations and data governance.
• Collaborate with KM, Business Development and Marketing to ensure data accuracy for pitches, bios and client delivery.
• Define data structure standards and ensure clean data flow across firm systems.
• Lead training and change management to drive adoption of CRM/ERM tools.
