Ice Miller LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to oversee the daily management, implementation, and optimization of the firm’s marketing technology ecosystem within the CRM and ERM systems. The role ensures data integrity and supports system upgrades, working with attorneys and staff to maintain accurate client and contact information for marketing and business development initiatives.

The position requires 5–8 years in marketing technology, CRM/ERM experience, and strong communication

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in lieu of degree
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing technology and CRM/ERM
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERM platforms and other marketing systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Aufgaben

• Own the firm’s CRM and ERM platforms, overseeing configurations, integrations, and data governance
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management, Business Development and Marketing teams on data accuracy
• Define standards for data structure, taxonomy and integration
• Support ERM reporting and use cases for pitches, bios, rankings and client development
• Drive adoption of CRM/ERM through training, documentation, and change management
• Develop and document marketing processes and SOPs for CRM/ERM
• Oversee data quality control and standardization across systems
• Ensure data flow between CRM, ERM, email marketing and other systems
• Manage CRM data imports and audience segments for marketing campaigns
• Partner with IT on integrations and security considerations
• Develop Power Automate workflows to reduce manual work
• Create Power BI dashboards to provide marketing insights
• Keep up with industry trends in CRM/ERM tech and data privacy
• Evaluate new tools and vendor relationships to improve usability
• Conduct QA testing for upgrades and new tech
