Job summary

You will maintain database integrity, track routine invoices, and assist with marketing projects in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and confidentiality, with 1–3 years in admin/data entry.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative assistant, data entry, or office coordination experience.
• Legal sector experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Strong discretion with sensitive firm, client, and attorney information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission tracking, invoices, and vendor accounts.
• Maintain firm-wide matter experience data and mailing lists.
• Support marketing calendar, trackers, and event logistics.
• Assist with RFPs, pitch decks, and biographies updates.
• Organize marketing assets and collateral; onboarding duties as needed.
