Crowell & Moring LLP is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide direct technical support and troubleshooting for attorneys and staff in Washington, DC and other offices. You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, document solutions in the service desk system, and escalate when needed while maintaining strong client service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years of directly related IT support experience.
Strong verbal and written communication with attorneys and staff.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct technical support and troubleshooting to attorneys and staff.
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues in line with SLAs.
Document resolutions in the service desk system and escalate when needed.
Monitor support activity and report trends to improve services.
Install, configure, test, and maintain workstations and related equipment.
Stay current on products, policies, and support delivery methods.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and testing of new technology solutions.
