Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Columbus seeks an IT Service Analyst to assist attorneys and staff by providing daily technical support. You will help users with Office 2016/Office 365, Windows 10, and network access, upholding our Client First philosophy.

The role requires 3–4 years of IT experience, an associate degree (bachelor preferred), strong English, and the ability to lift 25 pounds and install equipment under desks if needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of IT-related experience.
• Associate’s Degree; a 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient English language and grammar.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to position self to install equipment, including under desks.

Responsibilities

• Assist all users of computer systems and software in their daily use of programs and equipment on an as-needed basis.
• Displays strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10 and network technology in assisting end users.
• Presents strong knowledge of other products including Remote Access technologies (Terminal Services, VPN, wireless, etc.), and other legal specific applications.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills; excellent initiative and assertiveness.
• Utilizes outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Deploys excellent customer service skills and has the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel in a team environment.
• Has strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
