Job summary

Baker Donelson is seeking a Legal IT Project Coordinator to join the Information Technology department in Baton Rouge. You will coordinate technology projects at department and enterprise levels, track scope, schedule, and budget, and generate status reports for management.

You will support the PMO by refining processes, educating firm stakeholders on project concepts, and collaborating with the internal training team. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required or demonstratable experience.
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies.
• Project management certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department and enterprise level technology projects; monitor scope, schedule and budgets.
• Create and maintain project artifacts; generate status reports for stakeholders and management.
• Support PMO improvements; collaborate with IT PMs and training teams to educate firm parties on PM concepts.
