Responsibilities

• Conduct research and fact-finding on diverse legal topics.
• Draft emails, memoranda, and training materials.
• Support contracts and internal policy development.
• Attend meetings and assist with administrative duties.
• Assist with contracts workflow via research and templates.
• Attend onboarding/offboarding sessions.
