Job summary

CEO Lawyer Fayetteville, Arkansas, invites rising 3Ls to join the Summer 2027 Personal Injury Attorney Internship Program. Qualifications

  • Current law student rising 3L for Summer 2027
  • Enrolled at an ABA‑accredited law school
  • Expected to sit for the Uniform Bar Examination after graduation
  • Strong academic performance and interest in Personal Injury Law
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively while handling assignments independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys and legal staff with case preparation and litigation support
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, demand letters, and other documents
  • Review and organize medical records, discovery materials, and case documentation
  • Track deadlines and assist with case management workflows
  • Participate in client intake, case evaluation, and strategy discussions
  • Prepare exhibits, summaries, and supporting documentation for proceedings
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and third parties
  • Observe and support mediations, depositions, hearings, and other aspects of personal injury litigation
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and firm case-management systems to support day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and operations professionals to deliver client service
  • Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning

CEO Lawyer is seeking five exceptional rising 3L law students to join our Summer 2027 Personal Injury Attorney Internship Program.

This program is designed to identify, train, and develop the next generation of elite plaintiff attorneys through meaningful legal work, direct mentorship, and a structured career pathway that extends well beyond the summer.

Successful interns will have the opportunity to:

  • Complete the Summer 2027 internship program
  • Continue working part-time during their 3L year
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and professional development
  • Sit for the Bar Exam following graduation

Unlike traditional internships that end with a reference letter, our goal is to develop future members of our legal team.

What You'll Do

Qualifications
Required
  • Current law student who will be a Rising 3L in Summer 2027
  • Enrolled at an ABA‑accredited law school
  • Expected to sit for the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) following graduation
  • Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in Personal Injury Law
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also handling assignments independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Must successfully complete all firm onboarding requirements and background screening
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
  • Prior experience working in a law firm, legal clinic, judicial internship, or litigation environment
  • Interest in pursuing a long‑term career in plaintiff‑side personal injury law
