Qualifications

Current law student enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school
Rising 3L in Summer 2027 with intent to sit for the bar
Strong academic performance and interest in Personal Injury Law

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with case preparation and litigation support
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and letters
Review and organize medical records and discovery materials
Track deadlines and assist with case management workflows
Participate in client intake and strategy discussions
Prepare exhibits, summaries, and supporting documentation for proceedings
Communicate professionally with clients, providers, experts, and opposing counsel
Observe mediations, depositions, and hearings
Utilize Office tools and firm systems to support operations
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver client service
Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and commitment to learning
