Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, or currently enrolled seeking degree or certificate.
• Proficient English and legal language skills, both written and spoken.
• Preferred majors: Communications, Business, Humanities, English, Social Work, Political Science or similar writing-focused degree.
• Desire to help people move forward from their pasts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the case management team with the case management process for existing clients.
• Contact courts to obtain case updates.

• Copiously document updates in respective Client files.
• Stay in touch with your supervisor throughout the day.

Schedule:

• 20 hours a week. Hours must fit within a M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm schedule
• You will coordinate your scheduled hours with other team members
• Schedule will be in office, in American Fork, UT.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, or currently enrolled seeking a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
• Mastery of the English and legal language, both written and spoken
• Preferred undergraduate majors: Communications, Business, Humanities, English, Social Work, Political Science, or similar writing-focused liberal arts degree
• Desire to help people move forward from their pasts

Required Skills:

• Strong computer and internet skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
